Maybe in the citys there can be secret (or regular) gambling casinos, bars, etc etc

Eh, I had that Idea myself, and there is a gamblers den in the modern timeline, but before We add another npc place, we should wait and see if we get any players that want to start their own casinos, the gamblers den in raven city just fit with the fill of that city...
Besides you can always start your own, there are many ways to make a living in infinity besides fighting.
