    I think if the attack is more then 10 points higher in a dice battle (11>1, 20>10) it should do extra damage, like randomized between 1-3 added damage or something close

    A critical hit is a 20, and is so because it is nearly unblockable, you only get extra damage when you reach higher ranks, because your character's actual skill in fighting gets better.
